RainTree Immigration provides visa consultancy services, including visitor visas and work permits. We assist with documentation, application preparation, and submission guidance.

No Guarantee of Approval

RainTree Immigration is an independent consultancy and is not a government authority. While we provide expert guidance to strengthen your application, the final decision on any visa, work permit, or residency application rests solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We cannot guarantee approval of any application.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and genuine documents and information. Any delay, rejection, or complication arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you is not the responsibility of RainTree Immigration.

Fees and Payments

Service fees are communicated to you before work begins. Government, embassy, or third-party fees (such as visa fees) are separate from our consultancy fees and are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refund eligibility for our consultancy fees depends on the stage of service already completed at the time of cancellation. Please contact us directly to discuss any cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

RainTree Immigration will not be held liable for losses arising from decisions made by embassies, consulates, airlines, or other third parties, including visa refusals, travel delays, or changes in immigration policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
